Alimentación saludable dentro del presupuesto diario

Abstract

Comer de manera saludable es un tema que no solo es inherente al área de la salud, sino que además tiene que ver con lo social al romper esquemas mentales infundados de que la estructura de un plato saludable tiene un alto costo monetario. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo informar y guiar a la sociedad sobre este tema a través de las redes sociales más usadas como son Instagram y Facebook. A través de una metodología descriptiva se explica que los costos de alimentarse bien son económicos frente a los gastos en los que se incurre por la atención médica que se recibe cuando hay carencia de una alimentación saludable. Los resultados están enfocados en que las familias especialmente enmarcadas en un estrato social medio se beneficien de una guía de cómo armar platos saludables con una combinación adecuada de los alimentos con la misma cantidad de dinero que ya es parte de su presupuesto diario. Se concluye con la aseveración de que la publicidad en redes sociales también constituye una herramienta educativa con un alcance masivo.
