Abstract

La investigación aborda los aspectos históricos y algunos referentes de los asentamientos humanos en Las Tunas en los períodos intercensales 1981, 2002 y 2012, para elevar la calidad y el rigor del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía de Cuba en la carrera Licenciatura en Educación. Geografía. Se trazó como objetivo la valoración de los referentes sobre la actualización del Sistema de Asentamientos Humanos en la provincia, se evalúan algunos conceptos importantes, además se realizó un análisis de la evolución del sistema de Asentamientos Humanos Provincial a través del análisis delos listados de Asentamientos Humanos Concentrados, clasificándolos en urbanos y rurales. Lo que contribuye a enriquecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía de Cuba en consecuencia con las nuevas concepciones de la didáctica desarrolladora.
