Propuesta metodológica para la formación de profesionales del turismo en ambiente de sostenibilidad

Abstract

El artículo trata sobre la Turismo Sostenible y, las consecuencias del turismo no sostenible para las comunidades donde este se desarrolla, de la necesidad del desarrollo cultural y educativo de la población para lograr la integración armónica de todos los actores que intervienen en el proceso. Señala como vía fundamental para lograr la necesaria conciencia social superior, la formación en valores, para ello, analiza las diferentes definiciones de esta categoría y determina vías a seguir para formar los valores requeridos en la sociedad, analiza el papel de las TIC en el desarrollo del turismo como actividad económica para proponer una posible vía de solución. Realiza una propuesta metodológica para a través del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de la asignatura TIC en la carrera de “Turismo†contribuir a la formación de profesionales completamente comprometidos con la sostenibilidad de esta actividad y con el desarrollo humano.
