La preparación de los jefes del segundo ciclo de la educación primaria para la orientación profesional pedagógica

Abstract

En el trabajo se exponen talleres metodológicos para la preparación de los jefes del segundo ciclo de la Educación Primaria para la orientación profesional pedagógica, así como los fundamentos teóricos-metodológicos de estos talleres y una evaluación basada en un preexperimento pedagógico. En la búsqueda del conocimiento científico fueron empleado los métodos de investigación científica del nivel teórico: análisis histórico y lógico, análisis y síntesis, inducción-deducción y enfoque de sistema. Del nivel empírico observación científica, análisis de documentos y el preexperimento pedagógico. Del nivel matemático el cálculo porcentual y la estadística descriptiva. Para la concepción de los talleres se inició con un estudio diagnóstico del estado real de los jefes de ciclos del municipio La Sierpe. Mediante la aplicación del preexperimento se pudo apreciar su validez y potencialidades para dar solución al problema científico declarado.
