Convertir planta hornos de reducción en un espacio tecnológico de aprendizaje y colaboración

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio en Planta Hornos de Reducción de la empresa “Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara†en Moa, con el objetivo de evaluar posibilidades para estimular el desarrollo de una cultura que favorezca la creación de conocimiento dentro de colectivos de trabajo. Se concluyó que si existían potencialidades para compartir, utilizar y conservar de modo efectivo el conocimiento. Con este enfoque se orientó el desarrollo de acciones que posibilitaran cambios en la cultura organizacional en esta unidad de 374 trabajadores, transitando hacia una colaboración efectiva, fundamental para abrir las puertas a la innovación. Se desarrolló una gestión del conocimiento participativa, facilitando la libre comunicación de ideas, se utilizó un esquema propio con indicadores para medir los cambios. De esta manera se está creando una conciencia entre los trabajadores de la Planta para que compartan la información, la transmitan de forma adecuada y comprueben que puede ser valiosa para toda la organización en la empresa.
