Auditoría de cumplimiento al proyecto de desarrollo local - Padit en la provincia de Cienfuegos

Abstract

La investigación fue realizada en el Consejo de la Administración Provincial (CAP) de Cienfuegos al Proyecto Fortalecimiento a los Gobiernos Territoriales y Articulando la Matriz de Actores para Gestionar el Desarrollo Socioeconómico en el à mbito Local (Segunda Fase) insertado de manera estratégica en la Plataforma Articulada para el Desarrollo Integral Territorial (PADIT). Tuvo como objetivo general Ejecutar Auditoría de Cumplimiento al Proyecto de Desarrollo Local- PADIT en la provincia de Cienfuegos y se realizó sobre la base de los aspectos teóricos relacionados con la auditoría de cumplimiento y el Sistema de Control Interno. Se elaboró el informe de auditoría dejando constancia de los resultados del trabajo, verificándose que mantienen un sistema de control interno deficiente, con irregularidades en los componentes e incumple con la auditoría de cumplimiento. Se utilizaron técnicas de observación, comparación, comprobación, verificación, muestreo y análisis, empleándose documentos primarios correspondientes de acuerdo con los objetivos y alcance de la auditoría.
