Análisis y alcance de las leyes de atención a víctimas en el estado de Oaxaca, México

Abstract

La crisis que vive el sistema de impartición de justicia mexicano queda entre dicho en justo momento cuando miles de ciudadanos son víctima de diversos atropellos a sus derechos humanos antes y con la implementación del sistema de justicia penal acusatorio. Ante esta realidad los poderes legislativos federal y el de Oaxaca, promulgaron leyes que buscaran proteger a las víctimas de delitos que vulneraran sus derechos humanos. La presente reflexión tratará de analizar los alcances y deficiencias de dichas leyes. Además, se sostiene una crítica sobre el papel de la víctima dentro de este modelo de impartición de justicia y de la importancia de crear los índices para medir la vulnerabilidad víctimología.
