Resiliencia de rupturas amorosas en los estudiantes de psicología de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

Las rupturas amorosas son muy comunes entre los jóvenes, el impacto que genera en ellos es muy significativo, es por ello, que la resiliencia es fundamental al momento de sufrir una ruptura amorosa. Por esta razón, nuestra investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de la resiliencia ante las rupturas amorosas de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Humanística, de la Carrera de Psicología del año 2019. La presente investigación se orienta bajo una postura positivista, se seleccionó el enfoque cuantitativo, el método inductivo deductivo, con una muestra aleatoria intencional de 40 estudiantes de la carrera de psicología. Se concluyó que la resiliencia permite afrontar de manera positiva un evento negativo. Los resultados obtenidos a través de la encuesta realizada a los estudiantes de Psicología, demostraron que, los jóvenes se consideran poco resilientes, sin embargo, expresaron que la resiliencia es importante.
