Propuesta de una competencia comunicativa de forma oral dialogada y monologada en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

La enseñanza del inglés en la Educación Superior en Cuba ha transitado por diferentes etapas o períodos. Cada una de estas etapas ha estado determinada por los diferentes avances científico-técnico acorde a la época, basado fundamentalmente en el desarrollo de habilidades académicas en los estudiantes. La propuesta tiene como objetivo buscar y dar respuesta a las nuevas necesidades relacionadas con el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras en Cuba, con la elaboración de un marco de competencias para la enseñanza de lenguas que conlleven al estudiante al desarrollo de competencias comunicativas de forma autorregulada e independiente que lo conviertan en usuario independiente de la lengua extranjera. Por su parte, esta propuesta está basada en el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia, enfatizando el contenido y su práctica reflexiva. Para la elaboración de este trabajo se emplearon métodos científicos del nivel teórico y empírico, entre los que se encuentran: Histórico-lógico. Análisis y síntesis. Estudio documental.
