Abstract

El trabajo responde a la línea de investigación Competencias interpersonales del Proyecto de Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica: Competencias de Dirección en Educación (PICDE), que se desarrolla en la Universidad de Las Tunas, Cuba. El objetivo radica en proponer niveles de desarrollo para la comunicación como Competencia de Dirección en Educación, lo que posibilitará contribuir a la solución de problemas detectados en el proceso de dirección en educación en la educación, y su impacto en el desarrollo local tunero. Se utilizaron métodos como: análisis síntesis, inducción deducción, histórico lógico, estudio de documentos, encuesta.
