Gestión del trabajo cultural comunitario desde la extensión universitaria en la Universidad de las Tunas

Abstract

Las potencialidades del trabajo cultural comunitario flexible, interactivo, dinámico y adecuadamente coordinado desde la extensión universitaria, propicia la obtención de mayores niveles de desarrollo cultural. De igual modo favorece la formación de un profesional que sea portador de los mejores valores culturales, y acaezca en actor social activo en la solución de los problemas que afectan a la sociedad. A partir de este análisis se diseñó la investigación: Sistema de acciones de gestión del trabajo cultural comunitario desde la extensión universitaria en la Universidad de Las Tunas. El sistema de acciones se estructuró dirigido a la capacitación, promoción e investigación, el cual fue sometido a la valoración de su pertinencia y factibilidad mediante talleres de reflexión y la consulta a especialistas. El resultado obtenido da respuesta a los objetivos trazados en el Programa Nacional de Extensión Universitaria y se retroalimenta de la práctica a partir de acciones de capacitación, promoción cultural, evaluación y sistematización de la gestión del trabajo cultural comunitario.
