Las potencialidades de la historia local. Una necesidad histórica

Abstract

En la presente investigación se realizó un análisis de los elementos que ofrece la historia de la localidad, que juega un papel importante en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes, a pesar del constante trabajo que se realiza, los estudiantes de la Carrera de Turismo corren el riesgo de egresar sin los conocimientos y habilidades necesarias en cuanto al lugar de su residencia, pues no poseen la preparación requerida. Es por ello que se determinó potenciar los recursos turísticos, históricos y culturales del municipio Holguin para elevar la cultura histórica de los estudiantes de la carrera de turismo en la Universidad de Holguin.
