Interdisciplinaridade: e suas relações com a intradisciplinaridade, multidisciplinaridade e transdisciplinaridade

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta um estudo baseado em pesquisas bibliográficas, que busca conceituar o termo interdisciplinaridade e diferenciar o mesmo das definições apontadas como intradisciplinaridade, multidisciplinaridade e transdisciplinaridade. Para essa finalidade, a pesquisa valeu-se também de historiar o surgimento do termo interdisciplinaridade. A fim de que possamos, dessa forma, defender que a interdisciplinaridade é a expressão de uma transformação epistemológica em curso, de modo que o estímulo a tal debate permite facilitar a forma de interagir e integrar as disciplinas por meio de uma atitude interdisciplinar (integradora) por parte do professor, nas dimensões sócio-política-econômica e cultural.
