Propuesta de reforma al código orgánico de la niñez y adolescencia por la inexistencia de alienación parental

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se basa sobre los derechos y principios vulnerados de los niños, niñas y adolescentes a través de la alienación parental y como les va afectando en su desarrollo psíquico-emocional, Se va a ir determinando los elementos que la inciden, de qué forma afecta y vulnera al menor de edad. Por lo cual se va revisando y analizando cada aspecto mencionado y finalmente gracias al apoyo de encuestas y entrevistas de conocedores del tema nos permitirá definir de qué forma tiene que ser reconocido y normado EL Síndrome de Alienación Parental dentro de nuestro Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia.
