Ética aplicada a procesos de contratación pública en el sector eléctrico

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es la de establecer las condiciones éticas a las cuales se encuentran regidos los servidores públicos, y cuáles son las normativas que conllevan a los encargados de la contratación pública en la asignación de contratos que se asignan de parte del estado hacia las empresas privadas, que buscan realizar trabajos para el estado y así llegar a conseguir ganancias. Se presenta una investigación acerca la contratación pública y cuáles son las afectaciones que las malas asignaciones de contratos, dichas malas asignaciones se consideran dentro de deficientes criterios de evaluación a las empresas participantes, es decir no se evalúa el aspecto netamente financiero (costo) si no también el cumplimiento de normas técnicas y de calidad, la ausencia de estas pueden ocasionar sobreprecios y deficiencias a la hora del cumplimento de los mismo, los cuales pasan a ser afectaciones económicas al estado.
