Calidad de servicios de la Biblioteca Central Dr. Alejandro Muñoz Dávila de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

La calidad de los servicios en las bibliotecas significa sobre todo averiguar y entender las necesidades y expectativas de los usuarios, prestando un buen servicio de información accesible, adecuado, seguro y confiable. Para lo cual se analizó la calidad de servicios de la Biblioteca Central Dr. Alejandro Muñoz Dávila de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. La metodología que se aplicó fue el método bibliográfico, y el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo para la investigación, se ejecutaron encuestas a los usuarios que visitan la biblioteca Central de la universidad y entrevista al director. El objetivo del presente artículo fue evaluar la calidad de servicios que brinda la Biblioteca.
