Abstract

En esta investigación se analiza la ética y la vocación profesional, desarrollando puntos de vista de los autores como Max Weber, Hortal, para tener una posición clara del significado de vocación y su relación directa con la profesión. Así como también entendiendo los aportes de la profesión al dar origen a las múltiples plazas de trabajo, de esta forma entender que la vocación profesional es la actividad o función que desarrollar de manera cotidiana para tener réditos materiales, así como también satisfacción personal y social.
