Sistema de acciones de orientación para el desarrollo de la asesoría jurídica en la formación inicial del profesional de derecho

Abstract

En la formación del profesional del derecho es significativa la importancia que se le concede a su preparación para la asesoría que como técnica se encarga de brindar la información jurídica a quien necesite de ello para la solución de asuntos que tienen que ver con la aplicación de las leyes, normativas y reglamentos en cualquier rama del Derecho. De ahí que en este trabajo se persigue como propósito el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación inicial del profesional del derecho para el desarrollo de la asesoría jurídica. La significación práctica de la investigación se basa en un sistema de acciones de orientación dirigidas al desarrollo de la asesoría jurídica en la carrera de Derecho en la universidad de Las Tunas.
