Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un hotel turístico ecológico en el Cantón Santa Cruz de la provincia de Galápagos

Abstract

El turismo es el punto más alto para generar ingresos en el país, en los últimos periodos ha tenido un crecimiento favorable aún más en la provincia de Galápagos, debido a que la demanda de servicios hoteleros ha ido creciendo es necesario ofertar un lugar diferente con un nuevo estilo que se acople a las necesidades de los turistas. Haciendo referencia a esta idea se vio necesario realizar el presente proyecto investigativo que está dirigido a un estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un hotel ecológico ubicado en la parte alta del Cantón Santa Cruz en las Islas Galápagos, el servicio hotelero en la Isla actualmente solo ofrece hospedaje lo que nos permite innovar con servicios diferentes con recursos sostenibles y sustentables que ayuden a cuidar el medio ambiente, para esto se ejecutara un estudio de prefactibilidad que demuestre la viabilidad del proyecto a través de estudios económicos y financieros.
