Gestión basada en procesos en universidades públicas

Abstract

Toda organización contempla un conjunto de procesos interrelacionados, que involucran una o varias de sus partes; las universidades son un reflejo de esta afirmación, pues resulta imposible representar de manera aislada las actividades que las caracterizan (formación, investigación y vinculación con la sociedad). El presente artículo tiene como objetivo sistematizar los fundamentos teóricos de la gestión basada en procesos y sus particularidades en universidades públicas, para su elaboración se consultaron fuentes actualizadas, que se corresponden con libros, artículos en revistas, ponencias, tesis y documentos web. Los métodos usados para el trabajo son análisis bibliográfico, lógico - histórico, inductivo - deductivo, general a lo particular y descriptivo.
