Abstract

El siguiente artículo aborda temas cruciales referentes a la integración modal del servicio de transporte público de pasajeros y transporte fluvial en la provincia de Pastaza-Ecuador. Para esto se utilizó la metodología para el cálculo de la demanda de pasajeros suministrado por la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito del Ecuador. Los resultados apuntan a que es factible desarrollar un modelo de integración modal entre el transporte público intracantonal y el transporte fluvial.
