Derecho ambiental: un recorrido por sus inicios y crisis en Colombia y el mundo

Abstract

Desde los inicios de la humanidad ha existido un concepto de protección al medio ambiente, organismos internacionales como la Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU) ha jugado un papel muy importante en el desarrollo del derecho ambiental a nivel mundial, puesto que ha sido la entidad encargada de convocar a los diferentes países miembros para la celebración de conferencias sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente, es de tener en cuenta que cada país debe desarrollar en su interior una serie de políticas públicas tendientes a la protección de los recursos naturales, teniendo presente el concepto de desarrollo sostenible, al interior del mundo se viven diferentes crisis, pero es necesario comprender que la crisis ambiental que se está sufriendo en la actualidad es un problema que afecta a todos los seres vivos en el planeta y que si no se implementan medidas urgentes acabará destruyendo todo lo que hemos conocido; cada ser humano debe comprender que sus actos afectan el medio ambiente y que con simples practicas puede contribuir a su preservación, finalmente se debe entender que el derecho ambiental siempre estará en constante evolución puesto que depende de la misma naturaleza y del impacto que tiene en ella todas las actividades humanas.
