Abstract

Este articulo presenta un estudio correlacional, no experimental y transversal, para el cual se encuestó a 249 empleados de tiendas de autoservicio del mismo giro ubicadas en Villahermosa, Tabasco; con el cual se pretende dar a conocer la correlación de los factores sociodemograficos (edad, género, estado civil, escolaridad, área de trabajo y antigüedad en la empresa) con el compromiso organizacional; obteniendo como resultado un perfil de colaborador más comprometido, a partir de la edad, estado civil y escolaridad.
