Las ciencias jurídicas en la protección de la técnica del software en la Universidad de Guantánamo. Un problema social contemporáneo

Abstract

La presente investigación está enmarcada en la inexistencia de una política administrativa interna que permita la orientación de la creaciones de software de la Universidad de Guantánamo hacia las necesidades empresariales de la provincia para su comercialización y generalización, lo que se lograría a través de la creación de un registro y control de las creaciones de software que se produzcan en dicha entidad trayendo consigo la ampliación de la cartera de productos que se comercializan y proveerían de sustanciales ingresos económicos dentro del marco de la actividad comercial a la que se encuentra autorizada. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos se emplearon métodos teóricos generales de las ciencias: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción; métodos específicos de las investigaciones jurídicas de orientación teórica: teórico-jurídico, jurídico-comparativo y exegético-jurídico.
