Estrategia participativa para elevar la inserción social del adulto mayor en las actividades físico –recreativas

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se propone una Estrategia Participativa para elevar la inserción social del adulto mayor en las actividades físico –recreativas de la circunscripción 4 del consejo popular Maya Centro, Municipio Songo La Maya. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se parte de la fundamentación de los aspectos relacionados con el proceso de envejecimiento, la recreación física y algunos referentes teóricos sobre la motivación en la práctica de actividades físico-recreativas. Se realizó un diagnóstico en el que se utilizaron diferentes técnicas como la entrevista, encuesta y la observación, permitiéndonos detectar que existen dificultades y contradicciones. Par darle solución se elabora una Estrategia Participativa la cual está conformada por acciones variadas, desde informaciones sobre temas de interés, actividades físico-recreativas, juegos predeportivos con un nivel adecuado de dinamismo, teniendo en cuenta las diferencias individuales en función de mejorar la calidad de las actividades y con ello la inserción del Adulto Mayor.
