Abstract

La satisfacción laboral es el grado de conformidad del empleado respecto a su entorno y condiciones de trabajo, es directamente proporcional al compromiso del trabajador con la institución, a la motivación y a la productividad. Según ubicación laboral, se comportó como sigue; los profesionales de la Clínica Estomatológica Docente Provincial fueron los más satisfechos con las dimensiones técnico-humano y entorno físico, respecto a la dimensión resultado de tratamiento, los del Policlínico Olivos fueron los de mayor satisfacción, los profesionales del Policlínico Sur están insatisfechos con las tres dimensiones. Así, el objetivo de este trabajo es identificar la satisfacción de los estomatólogos con los servicios de Estomatología General Integral en las unidades urbanas del municipio Sancti Spíritus en el periodo 2016-2018.
