Abstract

El egregio poeta e intelectual cubano Regino E. Boti a través de toda su vida hizo mucho por el rescate, estudio y promoción de la memoria martiana. El artículo revela momentos iniciales y muy poco conocidos de esa gran identificación martiana de Boti, como sus recuerdos de testigo presencial de la llegada del cadáver del Apóstol a Santiago de Cuba, y los ecos del pensamiento martiano que se atisban en Boti por los años que comienza su andar por el mundo de las letras.
