Tipos de océanos en el mercado

Abstract

En el mundo empresarial los océanos forman una parte fundamental a la hora que crear o emprender un negocio. Los océanos rojos representan a todas las industrias que actualmente están en el mercado y los océanos azules son las que no existen, son los nuevos negocios o industrias que se pueden llegar a crear. A través de esta investigación analizaremos algunas de las empresas como el Caso del Cirque du Soleil que crearon esos océanos azules. Sus competidores menos exitosos quedaron en los océanos rojos, en la cual se observa un patrón constante de pensamiento estratégico que lo llamamos estrategia del océano azul.
