Bases metodológicas para potenciar la comercialización del plátano en la provincia de Manabí

Abstract

Se presenta la caracterización de la producción de plátano en Ecuador, el rol de la provincia de Manabí dentro de las producciones y exportaciones y dentro de esta provincia, los pequeños productores como uno de los principales actores en dicha producción. Además, se describe el proceso de comercialización actual y se formulan las bases metodológicas que conforman la propuesta para el fomento de la comercialización del plátano mediante formas asociativas.
