Licença social para operar e o investimento social privado, no âmbito da responsabilidade social empresarial

Abstract

La Licencia Social para Operar (LSO) se considera actualmente, en las organizaciones, un presupuesto básico para la sostenibilidad empresarial. Un concepto aún en construcción, utilizado por primera vez en la década de 1990, el término está cada vez más presente en el cotidiano empresarial. Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la importancia de la Inversión Social Privada frente a la Licencia Social para Operar, a partir de una investigación bibliográfica de parte de la literatura especializada, cuyos principales temas versan sobre la comprensión de los siguientes conceptos clave y sus contribuciones para se obtener la Licencia Social para Operar: a) Licencia Social para Operar; b) Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y la Inversión Social Privada; c) Territorios y movimientos sociales y d) Presupuestos de la Gestión Social. El artículo concluyó en su imperativo a las empresas observar los preceptos de la gestión social en la planificación e implementación de las inversiones sociales privadas para el alcance y el mantenimiento de la Licencia Social para Operar.
