Cumplimiento de la administración de justicia y la falta de control para la celeridad de los procesos

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo, Fomentar el cumplimiento y la falta de control en la celeridad de los procesos de la administración de justicia en el Ecuador. Los Organismos encargados del cumplimiento de la administración de justicia, Parte de la función pública que cumple el Estado, encargada por la Constitución y la ley, de hacer efectivos los derechos, obligaciones, garantías y libertades para lograr una buena convivencia social. En cuanto a falta de control en la celeridad de los procesos en la administración de justicia, es necesario que se incrementen más funcionarios que administren justicia para que así haya más control en la celeridad de los procesos en la justicia ecuatoriana.
