Ansiedad en el preoperatorio inmediato y el accionar de enfermería caso de estudio

Abstract

La ansiedad preoperatoria es un suceso usual que se genera por diversos factores, el objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar el accionar de enfermería ante la ansiedad en el preoperatorio inmediato, el caso de estudio se realizó en el servicio de cirugía del Hospital General Docente. La presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo transversal, considerando 68 pacientes y 13 enfermeras, se utilizó las taxonomías de NANDA y NIC con el fin de identificar los factores relacionados y características definitorias. Los principales resultados destacan un alto nivel de ansiedad en los pacientes para preoperatorio, esta situación se relaciona con factores estresantes, grandes cambios, crisis situacional, además del predominio de características definitorias afectivas tales como incertidumbre, nerviosismo, y fisiológicas como la tensión facial. Finalmente se concluyó que el personal de enfermería realiza cuidados son tener en cuenta un lenguaje estandarizado, razón por la cual se debe implementar un Plan de atención de enfermería sustentado en las taxonomías NANDA y NIC.
