Las relaciones públicas y su impacto en el desarrollo institucional de las secretarias en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

Abstract

Hablar de las relaciones públicas, refiere a aquella actividad profesional que nace de una necesidad sociológica y su esencia, está centrada en conocer, gestionar e investigar a los distintos usuarios que poseen las organizaciones, además involucran un conjunto de acciones que permiten saber las demandas y satisfacer las necesidades de sus públicos. por supuesto todas ellas acordes a los objetivos de la institución para lograr un consenso, fidelidad y estrechar vínculos satisfactorios de una manera mutua. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el impacto de las Relaciones Publicas en el desarrollo institucional de las Secretarias de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, a través del ejercicio de sus actividades y funciones proyectan una imagen corporativa, pública y confiable, digna de una evaluación que involucren la opinión pública. La metodología cimentada de este trabajo es de acción participativa la misma que permitió determinar el dominio de éstas relaciones públicas en la labor de las secretarias y a su vez aporten en el desarrollo institucional del alma mater.
