Abstract

La presente investigación pretende acercar al lector desde una perspectiva jurídica y con una marcada dinámica de cambio al mundo de las agrobiotecnologías en nuestra Isla, seguido de una caracterización de la regulación jurídica de las mismas en todo el devenir histórico nacional, finalizando con una breve explicación de las razones principales que fundamentan la necesidad de elaboración de una Ley de Agrobiotecnologías que desarrolle los postulados jurídicos de las mismas, encaminada a revertir la regulación deficiente de las agrobiotecnologías como modelo de agricultura industrial en el ordenamiento jurídico cubano.
