Abstract

El campo civil como espacio en el que confluye y se regula la actividad privada de los particulares no es ajena a esa noción que constituye su límite a través de la norma, como la garantía de que no será obstaculizada esa actividad delimitada por la propia ley. Así se desprende del artículo 34 del Código de Procedimientos Civiles para el Estado de Querétaro (México), al disponer que intentada la acción no podrá modificarse ni alterarse, salvo en los casos que la ley lo permita o establezca un caso de excepción.
