Observación sobre la situación actual y ética laboral en jóvenes del Ecuador

Abstract

Este documento manifiesta las definiciones de trabajo con su clasificación, el análisis de la situación actual del trabajo como producción de riqueza en América Latina, las normas y códigos laborales en el Ecuador y la situación laboral de jóvenes ecuatorianos entre el año 2016 y 2018, estadísticas de empleos fijos y subempleos y la evidencia de la falta de trabajo, la inestabilidad laboral y las alternativas optadas que se resume en contratos fuera de sus áreas de estudio. Finalmente se define la ética laboral y se realiza un análisis con la viveza criolla como corrupción y se hacen un hincapié en los valores para enviar un mensaje de honestidad y romper ciclos de corrupción.
