Creación de un sindicato de trabajadores en la empresa unidas

Abstract

El presente documento dará a conocer un caso de la realidad, que ocurre en muchas empresas nacionales, con respecto a la organización de los trabajadores, los cuales crean un sindicato para velar por los intereses, beneficios y responsabilidades de los trabajadores, este tipo de organizaciones puede ser beneficiosa o maliciosa con respecto a cómo se manejan los intereses, las personas involucradas y las razones por las cuales se creó esta organización, es por eso que se hará un análisis de las causas por las cuales se toma esta opción y de qué manera como empresa se puede afrontar y llegar a un consenso en el que todas las partes involucradas tengan beneficio en común.
