Uso da Terra da Orla do Vai Quem Quer, Ilha de Cotijuba, Belem/ PA

Abstract

A presente pesquisa debruçou-se sobre a orla do Vai Quem Quer, situada na Ilha de Cotijuba, Belém/ PA. Buscou-se levantar os diferentes tipos de uso e ocupação da terra presentes na orla. Teve como base metodológica o auxílio de técnicas de sensoriamento remoto e geoprocessamento. Utilizou-se imagens de satélite do Google Earth para mapear a classificação dos diferentes usos da terra. Os produtos foram retificados e confeccionados nos programas Qgis 1.8 e ArcGiz 10.3.Delimitou-se a orla e a partir deste procedimento classificou-se os diferentes usos da terra. Os dados obtidos indicaram que na orla e em seu entorno há uso e ocupação da terra para fins residencial, agrícolas e turísticos. Sendo este o que mais acarreta em degradações ambientais.
