Gestión económico financiera basada en procesos: definición para universidades públicas

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo sistematizar los fundamentos teóricos de la gestión económico financiera (GEF) basada en procesos y sus particularidades en universidades públicas, la lógica seguida para su desarrollo, aborda esta importante temática desde una perspectiva conceptual, tratándola de lo general a lo particular, haciendo énfasis en la calidad y su gestión en las universidades. Así mismo, se analiza conceptualmente la gestión basada en procesos, como uno de los principios de calidad moderna, lo cual se corona con el examen de las principales tendencias internacionales al respecto, permitiendo conceptualizar los fundamentos de la GEF basada en procesos para estas instituciones.
