Los males de la corrupción y la discriminación en los procesos de contratación, como contrarrestarlos en apego a la ética

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un resumen del trabajo y el nacimiento del código laboral en el Ecuador con el objetivo de discutir las circunstancias que conllevan a los malos hechos en el ámbito laboral y los entorpecidos por actos de corrupción generalizada en los procesos contractuales y tomada como un hecho cotidiano por la sociedad, la cual lo reprueba pero es también participe de aquella e incluso de la discriminación en la contratación laboral. Se presenta los postulados que exponen las organizaciones sociales, empresariales y gubernamentales para la erradicación de este tipo de hechos.
