Análisis de ejecución presupuestaria a universidades públicas ecuatorianas

Abstract

La lógica del estudio se realiza en dos momentos para cada criterio de análisis, en inicio parte de investigar las ejecuciones presupuestarias de universidades públicas ecuatorianas, luego de promulgada la carta magna y otras leyes análogas; el segundo análisis es a partir de las categorías obtenidas en los procesos de evaluación institucional con fines de acreditación y recategorización de estas instituciones. Se revisan los presupuestos de los años 2010 al 2016, aplicando ejecución presupuestaria promedio y las categorías obtenidas en la evaluación institucional del CEAACES; las universidades de la provincia Costa son en promedio las mayores ejecutoras del período, seleccionando esta región para conocer su ejecución promedio individual, reflejan mayores ejecuciones las universidades de la provincia de Manabí, mediante las categorías que les corresponden a estas instituciones se concluye sobre el uso de recursos y la calidad del gasto que tributa a la gestión universitaria.
