Fundamentos teóricos de la perspectiva de género. Aproximaciones desde la educación artística

Abstract

En este material se expresa una fundamentación de la perspectiva de género en la formación inicial del licenciado en Educación Artística. Constituye una necesidad la defensa de la equidad y el desarrollo de una educación inclusiva que comprenda las relaciones hombre-mujer para desarrollar la justicia social desde la formación del profesional. Este trabajo constituye una aproximación teórica para la elaboración de una concepción pedagógica cuya finalidad es darle tratamiento a las principales categorías del género en la formación del profesional de la Educación Artística en aras de que sepa potenciar desde las distintas manifestaciones del arte una educación integral que comprenda tanto el desarrollo de la cultura artística como la formación humanista. Además, el trabajo constituye un resultado del proyecto de investigación Ruralidad, Género y Desarrollo local en las comunidades del municipio Las Tunas. Luego de realizar un análisis de las primeras aproximaciones teóricas se describen algunas acciones ejecutadas en el ejercicio de mis funciones para dar tratamiento a la temática en cuestión y lograr una transformación en los sujetos que intervienen en el proceso pedagógico.
