Abstract

O objetivo principal deste artigo foi determinar como o Plano Equatoriano do Bom Viver , construído no começo dos anos 2007 orientou de uma forma efetiva a redução da pobreza e a potencialização de setores estratégicos com a finalidade de melhorar a capacidade competitiva das províncias do país.Usando um analises de impactos e distribuicao na desigualde da pobreca observou-se um perido de desenvolvimento tecnológico e cultural.
