Abstract

Riobamba maneja una estructura por procesos, en donde se sugieren un diseño su gestión, en el Talento Humano se propone realizar que los miembros de dicha organización aptos para la ejecución de sus funciones, además se planteó para la prestación del servicio la manera en que como desarrollara las actividades diarias. El presente trabajo de investigación trata de aportar a la Dirección de Gestión de Movilidad, Tránsito y Transporte que siendo un proceso de valor del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizo de Municipal
