Abstract

El artículo aborda una sistematización teórica sobre la interrelación de la ciencia, la tecnología y la formación laboral como factores que influyen en la sociedad actual. La formación laboral es un tema tratado a escala internacional y de interés para la comunidad mundial dada su estrecha relación con el desarrollo científico y tecnológico y su incidencia en los procesos productivos. Esta posibilita al hombre tener una concepción científica del mundo, normas de conducta laboral, valores, conocimientos, habilidades y hábitos laborales asimilados por sí mismos lo que incluye, aplicarlos y transmitirlos, que indiquen la preparación de los estudiantes a partir de la integración del principio de estudio-trabajo.
