Sistema de actividades para la práctica sistemática de ejercicios físicos en el adulto mayor en Imías

Abstract

El desarrollo de las clases con el adulto mayor en el mundo y en nuestro país en particular ha cobrado gran auge, muchas son las variantes y concepciones de trabajo que se implementan en aras de buscar una mayor incorporación de las personas. La investigación de referencia no solo ha tenido en cuenta la participación y el protagonismo de los abuelos, sino que aborda un aspecto de gran significación relacionado con un sistema de actividades de las organizaciones políticas, de masas y los profesionales de la cultura física para la incorporación del adulto mayor en la actividad física. En la investigación se emplean un conjunto de métodos científicos los cuales permitieron lograr nuestro propósito, además se precisa un diseño bien concebido existiendo una relación entre sus partes. Por otro lado se llegan a conclusiones que permiten mejorar la atención que hoy en día se la presta al adulto mayor.
