Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo alcanzar la protección penal del medioambiente en la comunidad, partiendo de un análisis teórico, doctrinal y jurídico de los delitos medioambientales, analizando el desarrollo de las concepciones que en relación al delito y al medioambiente han sido enunciadas en las diferentes etapas que marcan la evolución progresiva del pensamiento teórico-doctrinal del Derecho Penal..La degradación del Medio Ambiente se nos presenta en la actualidad como un riesgo potencial de inestabilidad para la vida en el planeta, que se traduce en la amplia magnitud del movimiento teórico y doctrinal de la protección penal del bien jurídico Medio Ambiente, cuando otras soluciones no sean factibles.
