La paradiplomacia y su influencia en el desarrollo local en Sancti Spíritus

Abstract

El presente artículo titulado: “La paradiplomacia y su influencia en el desarrollo local de Sancti Spíritus†, pretende demostrar la importancia de esta institución y los beneficios de su implementación en la provincia de Sancti Spíritus, con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo local de la misma. El texto está estructurado en dos epígrafes en los que se analiza la génesis y evolución de este fenómeno, así como los principios básicos y elementos que lo caracterizan; en el segundo se demuestra el papel que está desarrollando el gobierno provincial en el escenario internacional y se analiza la influencia que tiene en ello esta nueva institución del Derecho Internacional Público. Como resultado se ofrece un material actualizado que sistematiza teóricamente los aspectos fundamentales relativos a la paradiplomacia y su influencia en el desarrollo local de Sancti Spíritus, y se aportan las bases teóricas necesarias para un futuro perfeccionamiento normativo en este sentido.
