Abstract

Este trabajo aborda una reseña histórica de la Defensa Nacional, los tipos de situaciones excepcionales que pueden ser declaradas ante una amenaza, la preparación de la economía para la defensa, las principales medidas de la economía en interés de la defensa, así como la creación de las reservas necesarias para garantizar desde el tiempo de paz el cumplimiento de los planes de producción y de servicios establecidos para situaciones excepcionales. Además del papel del Ingeniero Agrónomo en la preparación de las entidades económicas para su protección y continuar los servicios en tiempo de guerra.
