Algunas herramientas para trabajar la diversidad de género desde el proceso formativo

Abstract

El artículo trata sobre ciertos aspectos que son de suma importancia para el Instructor de Arte y en particular con aquel que está en un proceso de formación profesional; demuestra la necesidad de formar un hombre con una cultura amplia, le brinda al profesor vías y métodos para su aplicación en el proceso formativo, los objetivos propios; ofrece además algunas consideraciones sobre el tratamiento a la diversidad de género como elementos decisivos en la vida de todas las persona que más que orientación sobre Educación Sexual se convierte en experiencia práctica para la labor constante de esa personalidad y de esta forma elevar los resultados en todos los sentidos: académico, laboral e investigativo. Se comentan los resultados en el trabajo interdisciplinario del colectivo pedagógico, la preparación de los Instructores de Arte y profesores.
